Butwal power company has proposed 20% dividend to its shareholders.
As per the notice in NEPSE, Butwal power company proposed 20% cash dividend to its shareholders. 20% dividend will be provided including FPO in sharecapital. As allotee of FPO also get dividend.
AGM will be in 8 Jestha 2075 at Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
The book close for AGM is set for 27 Baishak 2074. Those shareholders owing share with 26 Baishak 2074 will be eligible for dividend & get participate in AGM.
It had floated 40.41 lakh units of FPO from 15 Magh to 19 Magh 2074.
