Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Siddhartha Bank Limited for 10% Bonus share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs. 307.27 for 10% bonus share.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. It has announced 10% bonus share & 15.26% cash dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2075/76.
AGM will be held on 07 Kartik 2076 at Army officer club, Kathmandu, 10:00 am.
