Shivam cements has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in the nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 13 Chaitra 2075 had decided to distribute 15.7895% or 69.47 crore cash dividend for shareholders.
It should be approved from annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.4.40 arba.
