Jebils Finance has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in the Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 13 Chaitra 2075 had decided to distribute 1.24% or 1.00 crore Bonus share and Rs.5.28 lakh cash dividend for shareholders.
It should be approved from NRB and annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.80.90 crore.
