Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha limited is going to issue 30% (10:03) right shares from 16 Jestha 2075. The offer remains open for 35 days & it will be close on 19 Asar 2075.
The book closure date is set for 4 Jestha 2075. Those shareholders who purchase or get registered in book within 03 Jestha 2075 or a head of book close will be eligible for right share.
The company will be issuing 30% or 233,280 units of right shares to shareholders at the face value of Rs.100.
Siddhartha Capital limited will manage the issue.
Eligible shareholders can apply for right shares from Siddhartha capital & from all the C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.7.77 crore. After right adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.10.10 crore.
It has reported massive rise of 88.80% in net profit for the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2074/75.
Last trading price stood at Rs.1763.
