Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha to issue 100% right shares to its existing shareholders.
As per the notice in the nepse, the board meeting of company held 28 Posuh 2075 had decided to float 1:1 right shares.
Right issue is for extends its branch network & services to national level.
The decision is subjected to approve from special general meeting SGM) & Security board of Nepal (SEBON).
Currently, Its paid up capital is Rs.10.10 crore.
