Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha limited has announced book closure date for 30% (10:03) right shares in 04 Jestha 2075.
Those shareholders who purchase or get registered in book within 03 Jestha 2075 or a head of book close will be eligible for right share.
The company will be issuing 30% or 233,280 units of right shares to shareholders at the face value of Rs.100.
Siddhartha Capital limited will manage the issue.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.7.77 crore. After right adjustment, paid up capital will reach to Rs.10.10 crore.
It has reported massive rise of 88.80% in net profit for the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2074/75.
Last trading price stood at Rs.1758.
