Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close for annual general meeting.
The book will be close from 28 Mangsir 2075 to 14 Poush 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 27Mangsir or one day before book close will be eligible for take part in AGM.
AGM will be held on 14 Poush 2075 at Hotel RedCarpet, Chitwan at 11:30AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 10% bonus share & 0.526% cash dividend for shareholders
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint auditor for FY 2075/76
- To elect 1 member from ordinary shareholder group
- To amend the MOA and AOA
- To hike authorized capital to Rs.50 crore & paid up capital to Rs.38.96 crore.
- To issue 100% or 19,48,100 units of right share after adjustment of Bonus share
- To provide authority for BOD to find out appropriate organization for Acquisition/ Merger and sign MOU.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.17.71 crore.
