Unnati Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announced 42.63% dividend for shareholders from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice published in Nepse, the board meeting of the bank held on 26 Kartik 2075 had decided distributed 40.50% bonus share & 2.13% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra Bank & upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs 5.50 crore.
