United Finance has announced book close for Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be held at Amrapali banquet, BhatBhateni, Kathmadu at 11 AM on 30 Kartik 2075.
The book will remain close from 13 Kartik to 30 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 12 Kartik or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The major agendas of AGM are; to approved 5.26% cash dividend for shareholder, to endorse audited report of FY2074/75, to appoint auditor of FY2075/76, to float FPO of 21 lakh unit shares at Rs.190 for promoter group to brings Mutut Finance limited, India as foreign strategic partnership, to amend MOA & AOA, to elect 1 director from Mutut Finance, india, 4 director from promoter group, 2 from public group & 1 independence director, etc.
