Union Life Insurance to issue IPO ( initial public offering from 24 Ashad 2078. The issue will be remained open till 28 Ashad 2078.
The company will be issing 64.50 lakh units of IPO share at the rate of Rs.100. Out of the total issue company reserved 5% or 3,22,500 unit for employees, 5% or 3,22,500 units for existing mutual funds and remaining 58,05,000 units for general public.
Prabhu capital limited will managed the issue.
