Trading of Rairang Hydropower has started from today on Nepse with symbol of RRHP. The opening range is given Rs. 98.42 to Rs. 295.33 for the first transactions. The allotee of IPO shares can trade from today.
Nepse lists 56,00,000 units IPO Shares of Rairang Hydropower Development Company on 30 Jestha 2075. It was allotted on 9 Jestha 2075. The allottee of IPO can trade within one week of listing.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.42 crore. After IPO for local & public, paid up capital will reach to Rs.56 crore. Capital structure will be 77:10:15 among promoter local people & general public.
Rairang Hydropower operates 500KW projects in Dhading district. Further it is developing 9.90MW in the Taplejung & Panchthar districts.
