Today is the last day to grab 100% or 30,19,866.10 units right share of Nepal Insurance Company (NICL).
Nepal insurance will provide 30,19,866.10 units right shares worth Rs.30.19 crore to its shareholders at the face value of Rs.100 per share.
The book close for right share is 23 Chaitra 2074. Those shareholders who purchase share today; 22 Chaitra 2074 will be eligible for right share.
Currently, its paid up capital is 30.19 crore. After right share, paid up capital will reach to 60.39 crore. It had proposed 4.52% bonus share too. After bonus adjustment, paid up capital will reach to 61.76 crore.
It had posted net profit of 4.27 crore in Q2 of FY 207475.
The last trading price stood at Rs.850.
