The stock of Panchakanya Mai hydropower is open for trading. For the first transaction the opening range is set from Rs.102.49-307.47. Now allottee of IPO can trade between the given range for first transactions. The stock symbol is “PMHPL”.
It had issued 11 lakh units of shares at the face value of Rs. 100 from 01 Shrawan to 04 Shrawan 2075. The IPO was allotted on 11 Shrawan 2075.
The company had allocated 4% or 44,000 units for employees & 5% or 55,000 units for mutual fund and remaining 10,01,000 for general public.
After IPO its paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.10 arba.
It has developed 9.98MW electiricty from Mabu Maimjhuwa & Sulubung VDC of Illam distirct. Now the capacity of project is increased to 12 MW.
