Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced 20% bonus share the net profit of Rs.2074/75 to its shareholders.
As per the notice in NEPSE, 171th board meeting of the company decided to distribute 20% bonus shares & 1.0526% cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders..
The decision is subjected approve from NRB & upcoming AGM of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.12.24 crore.
