Surya Life insurance will be issuing 12% bonus share which will be got by 40% right shareholders too. It had recently floated 40% right share which is under the process of allotment.
The insurance company is going to propose 10:07 or 70% right share on adjusted paid up capital after 12% bonus share in the AGM of FY2073/74.
Its paid up capital will be Rs.1.01 arba after adjustment of 40% right share. After 12% bonus share & 70% right share, paid up capital will reach to Rs. 1.92 arba.
