Summit Microfinance Development Bank has announced 24.77% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 23.53% or 4 crore bonus share & 1.24% or 21.05 lakh cash dividend including for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs. 17 crore.
