Summit Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha to convene 10th annual general meeting on 27 Poush 2075 at Agrasen Bhawan Jhapa,08:30 AM.
The book will be remains close from 17 Poush to 27 Poush 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 16 POush or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 23.53% Bonus Share and 21.05 lakh cash dividend for shareholders
- To issue 2:1 or 50% right shares after 23.53% bonus share distribution.
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.17 crore.
