Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of NIC Asia Bank for 10% Bonus share. The Adjusted Price is Rs.371.82 for 10% bonus share. Its Average base price is Rs.418.41. Price before book close Rs.409.
Adjustment formula = Price before book close / 1 + Bonus %
Bonus share will be distributed to shareholders after the approval from annual general meeting. AGM will be held on 04 Poush 2075 at Heritage Garden, Sanepa Lalitpur.
