Nepal stock exchange (Nepse) has adjusted stock price of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited for 50% Right share.
The Adjusted Price is Rs.643.33 for 50% Right share. Its Average base price is Rs.897.67.
The company will be issuing 2:1 or 329,8779.69 units of share at the rate of Rs. 100.
Kathmandu capital markets Limited has been appointed as issue manger for right issue.
After right shares issuance, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.9.89 crore.
