Stock price of Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has been adjusted for 50% Right shares. As per Nepse, the adjusted price for KMFL is Rs.1116.67 for 50% Right Share. Last trading price of KMFL as on 12 Kartik 2075 is Rs.1625 Its Average Base Price of 180 days is Rs. 1518.83.
The company will be issuing 50% or 2, 40,250 unit shares at the rate of Rs.100 for shareholders.
Civil Capital limited is appointed as issue manager for right share issuance.
