Srijana Finance to float 60% right shares from 17 Aswin 2076. The issue remains open till 21 Kartik 2076.
The company will be issuing 10:06 or 2,764,692 units of right shares at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholders who hold the shares till 19 Bhadra or one day before book close are eligible for applying right shares. The book close closed on 20 Bhadra 2076.
Eligible shareholders can apply for right shares through all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
Sunrise capital has been appointed as issue manager for right issue.
Its paid up capital will reach to Rs.73.72 crore after right issue.
