Singati Hydropower & Civil Capital limited has conducted agreement for initial public offering (IPO) issuance. With the agreement IPO issue will manage by Civil Capital limited.
The agreement is signed by Acting CEO of Capital capital, Mr. Suman Acharya & Exective director of Singati hydropower, Mr. Ganesh Karki
The hydropower company to issue 43,50,000 unit shares as IPO. The company allocate 14,50,000 units for the locals of Dolakha district and 29,00,000 unit shares for the general public.
Currently, it is developing Singati Khola Hydropower Project having 16 MW capacity.
