Siddhartha Insurance Company has called annual general meeting (AGM). 17th AGM will be convened on 13 Ashad 2076 at Rasiyan centre of science & culture, kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, 11:00Am
The agendas of AGM are:
- To endorse 15.48% or Rs.13.40 crore bonus share and Rs.13.40 lakh cash dividend for tax purpose from the income of Fy 2074/75.
- To approve audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint auditors for FY 2075/76
- To elect 3 directors from promoter shareholders group and 1 members from public shareholders group.
- To amend MOA & AOA
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs. 86.59 crore.
The book will be close from 30 Jestha to 13 Ashad. Those shareholders who hold shares till 29 Jestha 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
