Shree Investment and finance co. limited has announced book close for annual general meeting (AGM).
The book will be closed on 01 Poush to 10 Poush 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 30 Mangsir 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
AGM of the company will endorse 2.35% bonus shares and 10.65% cash dividend including total dividend tax.
It will endorse audited financial statement of FY 2075/76 and appoint statutory auditors for FY 2076/77.
