Shine Resunga Development Bank announces 18% Bonus Share & 0.95% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of Rs.2074/75 .
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 18% or 24.81 crore bonus share & 0.95% or 1.30 crore cash dividend for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.1.37 arba. After adjustment of 18% bonus share its paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.62 arba.
