Sayapatri Hydropower Limited has applied for approval to issue IPO to general public. It has been added in IPO pipeline of Security board of Nepal (SEBON).
The hydropower company will issue 3 lakh units of share at the par value of Rs. 100 to public.
NIBL ACE Capital has been appointed as issue manager of IPO.
It is construction Darmakhola A project in Baglung district. It has capacity of generating 2500 kilowatt of electricity.
