Saptakoshi Development Bank has declared 8.0363973% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 3% or Rs. 1.52 crore bonus share and 5.0363973% or Rs. 2.56 crore cash dividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected approve from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) & upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.50.85 crore.
