Saptakoshi Development Bank Limited has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/76.
The board meeting of the company held on 27 Poush 2076 has decided to distribute 6% bonus shares for its shareholders.
The decision should approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and Annual general meeting of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.78.71 crore.
