Sanjen Jalvidhyut & Rasuwagadhi Hydropower to issue IPO for General public. Both company received final approval from Security board of Nepal (SEBON) to float initial public offering (IPO) for public on 10 Chaitra 2075.
Janjen Jalvidhyut Company Limited will be issuing 54,75.000 units of share at the rate of Rs.100.
Citizen Investment Trust has been appointed as issue manager.
ICRA Nepal assigned grade 4 + for IPO.
It is the subsidiary company of Chilime Hydropower Company.
Rasuwagadi Hydropower Company Limited will be issuing 10,263,150 units of shares at the Rs.100.
Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as issue manager.
Both Company had already issue IPO to locals of projected affected areas.
