Sanima bank to issue “10% Sanima debenture 2085” from 30 Kartik 2075. The debenture issue will be closed on 04 Mangsir 2075. If issue is not subscribed within 4 days than it will be remains open till 01 Poush 2075.
The bank will issue 20,00,000 units Debenture at the rate of Rs.1000. It has allocated 380,000 units debenture for general public and 20,000 units for mutual fund & rest for others.
Interest applicants can apply for minimum 25 units & maximium 380,000 units.
The maturity period of Debenture is 10 years. The bank will provide 10% interest annually.
Kathmandu Capital market limited is appointed as issue manager.
