The book will be remains close from 03 Magh 2075 to 18 Magh 2075 for AGM. The shareholders who hold shares till 02 Magh 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
Annual general meeting (AGM) to be convened on 18 Magh 2075 at Agricultural Development Bank,Bode Bhaktapur at 11:00 AM.
The major agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 25% Bonus share & 1.317% Cash Dividend for shareholders
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75,
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76,
- To elect 4 directors, etc.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.62.88 crore.
