Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close of Annual General meeting (AGM).
The book will be close on 20 Mangsir 2076. Those shareholders who hold shares till 19 Mangsir 2076 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The bank will convene 06th annual General Meeting (AGM) on 11 Poush 2076.
The AGM will pass 32% bonus shares & 1.68|% Cash dividend for shareholders.
Currently, its paid up capital stands at Rs.10 crore.
