Samata Microfinance has announced book closure date for Annual general meeting (AGM). The book will remain close on 12 Mangisr to 27 Mangsir 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 11 Mangsir or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to take part in AgM.
It has called annual general meeting (AGM) on 27 Mangsir 2075 at 11.30 AM at Hotel Ichha, Simara, Bara.
Major agendas of AGM are:
- To approve 10% bonus shares & 11.05% cash dividend for shareholder.
- To adjusted bonus share & cash dividend for 50% right shares to 6.6667% bonus & 7.36% cash dividend
- To endorse Final statement of FY 2074/75 & appoint auditors for FY 2075/76.
- To pass 1:2 or 200% right shares issuance after adjustment of 10% bonus share.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.5.68 crore after right shares. After bonus adjustment it paid up capital will reach to Rs.6.06 crore.
