Sahayogi Bikas Bank has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the company held on 16 Kartik 2076 has decided to distribute 19.3% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and Annual general meeting (AGM).
