Sahara Bikas Bank Limited Limited has proposed dividend for shareholders.
As per notice published in Nepse, the board meeting held on 20 Poush had decided to distribute Rs.89.78 lakh Bonus Share and Rs.4.72 lakh cash dividend for shareholders.
The decision is subjected to approve from Nepal Rastra bank & upcoming AGM.
It is delayed in publishing notice.
The announced dividend is in advance of F Y 2075/76. The company did negligence in publishing notice regarding proposed dividend.
