Sagarmatha Insurance company has announced dividend for shareholders from the income of FY2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, the board meeting of the company held on 26 Baishakh 2076 has decided to distribute 86% or 46.29 crore bonus shares for shareholders.
The decision is subject to approve from Beema samiti and upcoming AGM.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.53.82 crore.
