RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book close for AGM. The book will be close from 15 Poush to 29 Poush 2075 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold shares till 14 Poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM & claim for dividend.
RSDC to convene annual general meeting on 29 Poush 2075 at Butwal.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 10% Bonus Share and 0.53% cash dividend for shareholders
- To hike its authorized capital to Rs.1 arba.
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
- To elect 4 member from promoter shareholder group.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.57.59 crore.
