Reliance Finance has declared dividend for shareholders.
As per notice in Nepse, board meeting of the finance held on 26 Falgun 2075 had decided to distribute 2.50% or 2.08 crore cash dividend and 0.13% or 10.95 lakh for tax purpose.
The decision is subjected to approve from NRB & upcoming AGM.
