Radhi Bidhyut Company Limited has announced Dividend for shareholder from the income of FY 2074/75.
As per notice in Nepse, board meeting of company held today; 27 Jestha 2076 has decided to distribute 5% bonus share & 5% cash dividend including dividend tax.
The decision is subjected to approve from annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
Currently, its paid up capital is Rs.45.10 crore.
