The finance company is auctioning 4,48,349 units promoter shares and 16,71,955 units ordinary .
Interested bidder can bid for minimum 100 units of ordinary shares and 1000 units of promoter share quoting price equal to Rs. 100 or more.

Paid up capital will reach to Rs.80.01 after adjustment of 281% right shares.
