Pokhara Finance has announced 13.64% dividend from the net profit of Rs.2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, 454th board meeting of the company decided to distribute 5% bonus share & 8.684% cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 5% or 4.08 crore bonus share & 8.684% or 7.09 crore cash dividend.
The decision is subjected approve from NRB & upcoming AGM of Company.
Its paid up capital is Rs.81.64 crore. After bonus adjustment, its paid up capital will reach to Rs.85.72 crore.
