Oriental hotels limited has announced 26.32% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit of FY 2074/75.
As per the notice in NEPSE, board meeting of the company decided to distribute 15% bonus share and 11.32% cashdividend including tax for total dividend.
The decision is subjected approve upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of Company. The AGM will be held on 12 Kartik 2075 at Nepal administrative staff college, Jwalakhel, lalitpur at 11:00AM
For AGM book will be close from 19 Ashoj 2075 to 12 Kartik 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within18 ashoj 2075 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
Its paid up capital is Rs. 93.42 crore.
