Oriental Hotels has announced dividend for shareholders from the distributable profit of FY 2075/6.
The board meeting of the bank held on 13 Aswin 2076 has decided to distribute 5% bonus shares and 10.79% cash dividend including total dividend tax.
The decision should be approved by Annual general meeting.
Currently, its paid up capital stand at Rs.1.07 arba.
The book will be close on 28 Aswin 2076 for AGM. Those shareholders who hold the shares till 27 Aswin 2076 will be eligible to participate in AGM.
AGM will be convened at Nepal Administrative Training Council, Jawalakhel, Kathmandu, 11:00 Am.
