Nepal Rastra Bank has approved the proposed dividend of Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiaya Sanstha.
As per notice in Nepse, the company had proposed 18% Bonus shares & 22 Cash dividend. It was applied for approval from Nepal Rastra Bank but it was not approved by NRB as on 19 Poush 2076.
Later on, the company has corrected error pointed by NRB & re-applied for approval. Finally, proposed dividend is approved as on 05 Baishak 2075.
It will be distributed to shareholder after approval from Annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
