NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha has announces Book Close & AGM. The book will be close from 15 poush to 29 poush 2075. The shareholders who hold shares till 14 poush 2075 will be eligible to participate in AgM & claim for dividend.
NMB Microfinance to be convene annual general meeting (AGM) on 29 Poush 2075 at White House Party Palace, Kaski at 11:00AM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To endorse 15% or 2.11 crore Bonus share & 0.789474 or Rs.11.12 lakh Cash Dividend for shareholders
- To issue 1:1.5 or 150% right shares to shareholder after Bonus share distribution, any fraction on right issue can apply for 1 more units. Right issue will be 1:1.5 or Rs.16.20 crore paid up capital
- To endorse audited financial statement of FY 2074/75
- To appoint statutory Auditors for FY 2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA
- To change name of NMB MIcrofince to NMB laghubitta.
Its Paid up Capital is Rs.14.08 crore.
