NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is floating 150% right shares from today; 24 Kartik 2076. The issue will be remains open till 29 Mangsir 2076.
The company is floating 1:1.5 or 24,30,093.75 units of right shares at the rate of Rs.100.
Those shareholders who hold shares till 06 Kartik 2076 will be eligible to apply for right shares.
All eligible shareholders can apply from all C-ASBA approved Banks & financial institutions.
The issue will be managed by Sunrise Capital Limited.
Paid up capital will reach to Rs.40.50 crore after 150% right share. It has proposes 12% bonus shares from income of FY 2075/76.
