NMB Bank will be floating “10% NMB Debenture 2085” worth Rs.3 arba from 30 Falgun 2075. The early date of closing the issue is 04 Chaitra 2075. If not subscribe within 4 days, it will be remains open till 14 Chaitra 2075.
Its maturity period is 10 year. The debentures holders will get 10% interest annually.
It is issuing 30 lakh units of debentures at the rate of Rs.1000. It has allocated 12 lakh units of debenture for general public, out of which 5% or 60,000 units for existing mutual funds & rest for others.
