NLG Insurance Company to float 60% right shares to hike its paid up capital.
Special General meeting (SGM) of the company held today at kamaladi, kathmadu has endorsed the agenda.
The company will issue 10:06 right share for its shareholders.
Currently its paid up capital is Rs.64.04 crore. Paid up capital will reach to Rs.1.02 arba.
