Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced book closure date for annual general meeting (AGM). AGM will be held on 25 Mangisr 2075 at Celebration Banquet, Naxal at 10:30 AM.
The book will be remains close on 11 Mangsir to 25 Mangsir 2075. Those shareholders who get registered in the book within 10 Mangsir 2075 or one day ahead of book close will be eligible to participate in AGM.
The agendas of AGM are;
- To approve 20% bonus share & 22.11% cash dividend for shareholders
- To endorse financial report of FY2074/75
- To appoint auditor for FY2075/76
- To amend MOA & AOA, to hike capital, etc.
